Leaving a Legacy

Zichron Menachem urgently needs legacies and gifts of capital in order to make continued improvements to its facilities and services.

This form of words can be used if you wish to leave a sum of money to ZMUK.

Pecuniary bequest (a set sum)

I give the sum of ...... pounds to British Friends of Zichron Menachem (Registered Charity No. 1106212) of 30 Brookside Road London NW11 9NE and the receipt of a Trustee or other proper officer for the time being of British Friends of Zichron Menachem shall be a complete discharge to my Executors.

Residuary bequest (a proportion)

I give (%) of the residue of my real and personal estate which I can dispose of by Will in any manner I think proper to British Friends of Zichron Menachem (Registered Charity No. 1106212) of 30 Brookside Road London NW11 9NE and the receipt of a Trustee or any other proper officer for the time being of British Friends of Zichron Menachem shall be a complete discharge to my Executors.
