How You Can Help

There are so many ways you can help the families of Zichron Menachem – here are just a few:

• Start an Aid Committee among your friends
• Visit the ZM Day Centre in Jerusalem
• Cut your hair to help ZM provide wigs for our children: click here to find out more
• Ask your synagogue to circulate material about ZM to its members
• Buy a ZM Gift Certificate as a present for all occasions

We would also love you to run for us in the 2009 Community Fun Run. This is a really easy and fun way to raise money for Zichron Menachem that is suitable for everyone. You can walk the 5k course with your friends and family or more serious runners can participate in the 10k race.
